We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agent recruitment and development.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and developing new agents.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing agents, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.




- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide training and coaching to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in agency development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and life insurance products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM software and data analysis tools.
