Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Manager – Data Analytics with 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, Data Warehousing, ETL, Data Modeling, and KPI Design, along with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. The role will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and business reports.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
- Design and implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and support ETL pipelines, data models, and data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across dashboards and reports.




- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts while ensuring quality and timely delivery of analytics projects.
- Present insights and recommendations effectively to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Advanced SQL.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and processing.
- Robust experience in Tableau Dashboard Development.
- Hands-on knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL Pipeline Development.
- Good understanding of Data Modeling, Business Intelligence, and KPI Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.

Preferred Skills

Experience with the following will be an added advantage:

- Azure
- Databricks
- Power BI
- Experience working in E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, or SaaS domains
