- Operate the warehouse management system (WMS) to support daily activities, including stock allocation, picking list preparation, replenishment planning, and issuing loading documents
- Maintain and regularly update master data files in the WMS to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage space and improve warehouse layout for operational efficiency
- Manage daily delivery by monitor and control 3PL/truck drivers and coordinate with sales team, and customer service to solve delivery problem (if there is)
- Manage on time/in full delivery to the customers and control cost of delivery according to the assigned target.
Create database to track KPI for each drivers/3PL, customer satisfaction, cost of delivery
