Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end cinema operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth show execution, excellent customer experience, and adherence to company standards, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day cinema operations during shift
- Ensure all shows start & end on time
- Conduct pre-opening checks (Audi, projection, seating, cleanliness)
- Ensure all areas (Audi, lobby, F&B;) are fully operational
2. Customer Experience
- Ensure high standards of guest service & satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints / escalations effectively
- Ensure smooth entry, seating & exit flow of guests
- Maintain overall ambience (BGM, hygiene, comfort)
3. Team Management
- Supervise Service Associates, Box Office, F&B; & Housekeeping teams
- Manage staff deployment, attendance & discipline
- Conduct shift briefings (movie updates, offers, promotions)
- Train team on upselling & service standards

Audit & Compliance
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene & safety standards
- Follow company SOPs, audit guidelines & statutory compliance
- Monitor cash handling & billing accuracy (no variance)
- Control pilferage and inventory (FIFO in F&B;)
5. Coordination & Technical Support
- Coordinate with projection, technical & maintenance teams
- Ensure all equipment (POS, projection, sound systems) are functional
- Monitor show quality (audio, video, lighting)
6. Safety & Emergency Handling
- Ensure safety & security of guests and staff
- Handle emergency situations / incidents effectively
- Follow evacuation & crisis management protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate (Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred)
- 24 years experience in cinema / retail / hospitality operations
