Job Description

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Validate configurations across ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CSM
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks using ServiceNow ATF
- Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to review requirements, identify gaps, and raise defects early.
- Log, track, and manage defects through the full lifecycle using Jira or equivalent tools.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration triggering automated tests on code commits and deployments.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during testing
- Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives and maintain testing documentation.

Mentor junior QA team members and conduct peer reviews of test cases. Qualifications

- 3+ years of QA/testing experience across functional and automation testing.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture




- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing (manual + automation)
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Knowledge of JavaScript (for scripting in ServiceNow)
- Experience in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with defect management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Robust analytical thinking and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
