Role Summary

Provides expert technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions. Partners with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams to build scalable, secure, and resilient capabilities that drive productivity, workflow transformation, and measurable business value. Serves as a technical authority for AI-enabled applications, LLM integration, intelligent automation, and up-to-date software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Design and develop AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, multi-agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate enterprise solutions with Claude and other leading LLM platforms and AI services.
- Provide technical leadership for UiPath automation platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise process automation initiatives.
- Define and approve solution architectures, integration patterns, engineering standards, and technical deliverables.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, and adoption of emerging AI and automation capabilities.
- Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, code reviews, technical mentoring, and SDLC best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration,



performance, and scalability challenges.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, resiliency, observability, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise applications and technology solutions.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system integration, APIs, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience working within Agile, DevSecOps, and modern software delivery environments.

AI Automation:

- Agentic AI and Generative AI solution development.
- Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience integrating Claude and/or other enterprise LLM platforms.
- AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- UiPath platform expertise including Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining,



and Automation Cloud.

Software Engineering:

- Deep hands-on expertise in Java and/or Python.
- Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Enterprise application integration and distributed systems design.

Cloud Platform Technologies:

- AWS services including Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and CloudFormation.
- CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Git-based development, monitoring, and observability.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect Certification.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Certification.
- Experience with Appian or enterprise workflow platforms.
- Experience implementing enterprise-scale Agentic AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Financial services or regulated industry experience.
