- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Design and build high performance, reusable, reliable code by following the best practices
- Come up with the best practices to ensure positive quality deliverables
- Take ownership of the work
- Write test classes and ensure adequate code coverage as per the guidelines
- Communicate with leader, scrum master, customers and other stakeholders to design cohesive product strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all the phases of development, testing and deployment
- Mentor the junior developers

Skills
- Apex development
- Apex, triggers , Lightening experience - LWC (lightning web component), Lightening aura components




- Strong experience in salesforce configuration and customization
- Strong experience in integrating salesforce with external systems
- Strong experience In Agile way of working
- DevOps practitioner with knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, CI/CD processes
- Hands-on experience in administration setup e.g. managing users, security controls, data as well as creating roles, profiles and reports
- Experience in designing customer objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval process, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, as per the application requirements
- High level AWS experience/knowledge and readiness to work on AWS workloads
