About the Role

We are hiring detail-oriented professionals to support Banking Operations by reviewing customer account requests, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with *CRS, FATCA, KYC, and regulatory requirements* while maintaining high accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and process account opening, maintenance, transfer, and servicing requests.

* Verify customer documents and perform due diligence checks.

* Ensure compliance with CRS, FATCA, KYC, and internal policies.

* Resolve discrepancies and escalate exceptions when required.

* Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).





* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and support process improvements.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 03 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, AML, Account Verification, or Back Office Operations.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Valuable communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.

* Knowledge of CRS, FATCA, KYC, AML, or Customer Due Diligence is preferred.
