Role Summary

Associate Lead Procurement will support end-to-end procurement of MEP and Civil materials/services for infrastructure/data center projects, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance. The role involves vendor management, tendering, and coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute procurement strategies for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil packages
- Manage RFQ/RFP, tendering, bid evaluation, and vendor finalization
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and planning teams to align procurement with timelines
- Support price negotiations, contract finalization, and cost optimization initiatives
- Handle procurement of HVAC, Electrical systems, and Civil materials (RCC, finishing, structural components)
- Identify and onboard new vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships
- Track and ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and vendor performance
- Monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead time, supplier efficiency)
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices




- Leverage digital tools / ERP systems for procurement tracking and reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in procurement of MEP and/or Civil packages
- Exposure to Data Center / Infrastructure / Construction projects preferred
- Hands-on experience in tendering, vendor management, and contract negotiation
