RoleOverview: We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business growth by identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and nurturing early-stage prospects. This role offers excellent exposure to B2B sales, financial consulting, SaaS solutions, and enterprise sales in a rapidly growing professional services firm.

KeyResponsibilities

- Identify and research prospective companies and decision-makers across target industries.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other outbound sales channels.
- Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads, Business Owners, CXOs, HR Heads, and key decision-makers to introduce SBCs services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and buying timeline.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the Business Development team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information, activities, follow-ups, and communication history in Zoho CRM.
- Update lead status and ensure CRM hygiene with timely data entry and tracking.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.




- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities, lead conversions, and pipeline performance.
- Ensure timely response to inbound enquiries received through the website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and prospect engagement techniques.

Qualifications Experience
- Graduate in any discipline. Commerce, Finance, B. Com, BBA, MBA (Marketing/Finance), or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.
- 1 4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Financial Services Sales, or Consulting Sales.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, taxation, consulting, or SaaS solutions is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
