B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities:

KPI s

- Resolve incidents Change requests related to Successfactors sub modules
- Resolve Configuration changes and Integration issues for Global Issues including India
- Documentation of configurations and other business processes
- Handholding in Uploads of MDF other Objects, Form template changes

Other Responsibilities

- SAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time Payroll modules

C. Person Profile:

Required qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate

Length of overall experience

6 years (2 years functional experience in manufacturing industry and 4+ years in SAP HR)

D. Competencies:

Functional / Technical Skills

Must to have Skills

- Implementation or Support experience in atleast 2 or more of below mentioned Successfactors modules

1. Recruitment (RCM/RMK),
2. Onboarding (ONB), Off/boarding,
3. Employee Central (EC),
4. Time Management (Time Sheet Absences),
5. Payroll (India),
6. Learning Management System (LMS),
7.



PMGM (Performance and Goals Management),
8. Compensation

- Experience or Knowledge in Successfactors Employee Central
- Knowledge in Integrations

Good to have Skills

- Experience or Knowledge in Integrations with-in Successfactors and SF to SAP Vice versa, other 3rd party systems
- Basic knowledge in SAP HCM Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
- Co-ordinate with Technical team for Custom requirements

- Ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting
- Should be a team player
- Good Communication Skills
