Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to meet the needs of guests and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to resolve issues related to room availability, guest requests, or facility maintenance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-18 years of experience in facilities management or hospitality industry with a focus on housekeeping.
- Solid knowledge of soft services such as cleaning products, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Telugu language is required for effective communication with local staff.
