Job Title: Auditor Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM 3:00 PM)

Cab: Nodal pickup & home drop

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: 7 9 LPA (25 yrs) | 10 12 LPA (Senior DRGV Validation 5+ yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed audits of medical coding (IP/OP/ED as applicable)
- Ensure accuracy of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS coding
- Validate DRG assignment and reimbursement impact (for senior roles DRGV Validation)
- Identify documentation gaps and provide structured feedback
- Ensure compliance with CMS and payer-specific guidelines
- Maintain quality benchmarks and productivity targets
- Prepare audit reports and share quality improvement recommendations
- Support internal training and process improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

- 2 – 5 years of relevant RCM/Coding Audit experience




- 5+ years for Senior Auditor (DRGV Validation)

Certification (Mandatory):

- CPC / CCS / COC or equivalent recognized coding certification

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS
- Good understanding of DRG methodology
- Knowledge of US healthcare compliance standards
- Solid analytical and quality assessment skills
- Good communication & reporting skills

Interview Process

1-Hour Assessment (F2F – Weekdays between 4 PM – 8 PM)

2-Hiring Manager Round (30 minutes)

3-Additional Technical Round with Onsite Team (For Senior Level – 1 hour discussion
