We are seeking Sr. Recruiters for our Direct clients.
Verticals & Experience Required- IT 3+ Years
Location- Hyderabad
Shift: EST (05:30 PM- 02:30 AM IST)
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Experience- 3 Years till 8 years.
- Graduation Required
- Candidates coming with experience into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS will be preferred.
- Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients.
- Should have exposure of working on W2.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be from US recruitment background.
- Positive interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Must be proactive & self-driven.
- Must be a quick thinker.
- Should be well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Should be well versed with various visas.
- Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
