Role

Edit high-quality videos for animated films, promotional content, and digital media by combining footage, animation sequences, audio, music, and visual effects into engaging final deliverables that align with the project's creative vision.

Responsibilities

- Edit animated film sequences, trailers, teasers, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Trim, cut, and arrange video clips to create seamless, engaging edits.
- Assemble animation renders, footage, voiceovers, music, and sound effects into polished final videos.
- Perform sound design, including audio cleanup, balancing, mixing, and synchronizing dialogue, music, and sound effects.
- Apply color correction and color grading to achieve the desired visual style and maintain consistency across all projects.
- Create title animations, lower thirds, end screens, and simple motion graphics.
- Add transitions, captions, subtitles, and basic visual effects where required.
- Develop rough cuts and refine them into final edits based on creative direction and feedback.
- Maintain continuity, pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency throughout each project.
- Organize and manage project files, media assets, and version control.
- Export videos in multiple formats and resolutions for different platforms and delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with directors, animators, sound designers, and other production team members.




- Revise edits efficiently based on creative and technical feedback while meeting project deadlines.

- Final edited videos in required formats and resolutions.

- Trailers, teasers, promotional videos, and social media edits.

- Sound-designed and mixed video outputs.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for title animations and motion graphics.
- Basic to intermediate skills in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro for color correction and color grading.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and continuity.
- Experience with sound design, audio editing, mixing, and synchronization.
- Ability to create clean, skilled title animations and basic motion graphics.
- Knowledge of video codecs, export settings, and delivery formats for web and film.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing completed video editing projects, including narrative, animation, promotional, or commercial work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, accept feedback, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Passion for filmmaking, animation, and visual storytelling.
