Core Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders and other team members to ensure solutions are aligned to business outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.

- Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or bachelor s in computer applications (BCA).

- 3-5 years of professional experience in software development

- Proven experience in full-stack development, ideally with Node.js and/or Python

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including (but not limited to):

- CloudFormation, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, Glue ETL, API Gateway, IAM, SQS, SNS, Athena, DMS and DataSync

- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases

- Experience working within an Agile delivery environment

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub and GitHub Actions

- A growth mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve

- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Skills and Experiences that will make an impact:

- Experience working in financial services industry

- Experience around web technologies

- Data engineering/Design experience (2+ years experience) (Nice to have)
