- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the organization.
- Ensure financial reports are prepared accurately, on time, and in compliance with relevant accounting standards such as IFRS and Indian GAAP.
- Assist in the consolidation of financial statements, including inter-company transactions.
Compliance and Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with international and local tax laws and regulations, including direct and indirect tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory returns and ensure all regulatory deadlines are met.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the organization's practices remain compliant.
Audit Support
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing the necessary documentation and explanations.
- Assist in implementing audit recommendations to strengthen financial controls and improve business processes.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure the timely and smooth completion of audit activities.
Financial Analysis and Planning
- Assist in financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide insights into financial performance and recommend areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
Learning & Development (L&D;), Systems and Process Improvement
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial management practices.
- Participate in training programs and workshops related to financial management in a manufacturing setting.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reduce manual effort through automation, and implement best practices.
