Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our mattress showroom. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable mattress products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock availability and customer orders.
- Assist with billing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions,



and competitor offerings.
- Support the team in achieving overall showroom sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury mattresses, furniture, home furnishings, home dcor, consumer durables, or premium retail.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a qualified attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Hindi and Telugu is must.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a premium retail showroom.
- Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
