Job Description

Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Territory Business Manager (TBM) & Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the (Respiratory/Gastro/Cardio Diabetic/Pedia/ENT/Derma/CP/GP) segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the assigned territory independently

Drive prescription generation in (Respiratory/Gastro/Cardio Diabetic/Pedia/ENT/Derma/CP/GP) segment

- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets




- Execute brand strategies and promotional activities
- Provide regular market feedback and reports

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–15 years
- Mandatory: Experience in the same HQ

Therapy Exposure: ((Respiratory/Gastro/Cardio Diabetic/Pedia/ENT/Derma/CP/GP)

Skills Required:

- Solid communication skills
- Proven sales and territory handling capability
- Consistent track record of target achievement
