Description:

- Minimum 6-8 years in SAP Concur and at least 1 full end-to-end Concur implementation.
- Utilize concur tools for User Administration, Imports/exports, forms, Workflows and audit rules.
- Translate functional requirements into technical configurations and design documents.
- Handle end to end realization and deployment of Concur products aligned with business processes.
- Analyze and resolve support incidents, including defect analysis and interface issues.
- Work independently on project tasks and provide leadership support when needed.
- Collaborate using Agile/Activate methodologies for project execution.
- Technical Expertise:

Robust hands-on experience in SAP Concur support and implementation.

- Proficiency in system configuration, workflow management, and auditing within Concur.
- Exposure to SAP Suite modules such as FI, MM or Ariba would be added advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Solution Design & Implementation

Analyze business requirements and integrate them into SAP system.

Configure, Enhance and support Concur Travel and expense policies of employees:

- Individual billed company paid(IBCP).
- Company Billed and Company paid(CBCP).
- Out of pocket expenses(OOP).

*Project Delivery

Participate in design workshops and prepare functional specifications.

Support full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment.
