JD:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead and support ServiceNow instance migrations and upgrades, including data migration, update sets, scoped applications, and platform version upgrades.
- Perform instance-to-instance migrations, coordinate deployment activities, and validate post-migration functionality to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
- Maintain platform performance, implement enhancements, and document technical designs, migration procedures, and support processes.
