Job Description:

SAP Basis support role involves the technical administration of SAP systems with the scope defined as below and must possess Robust problem-solving skills

- 24x7x365 SAP System monitoring support.
- Experience in working on OS like Linux(suse etc) and Windows Server.
- Experience in managing various SAP Applications mainly the S/4 HANA, BW, PI/PO, SAP Cloud connector, Web dispatcher, Fiori App, SAP BTP etc.
- Sound knowledge of BASIS activities like System Refresh/Copy, Client Administration, HANA DB administration including the HA setup
- Server patch management, which includes operating system and application patching.
- Online SAP support for technical notes application.
- SAP remote support connection.




- SAP technical fixes and patches.
- SAP BASIS System performance tuning management.
- EWA report management and SAP provided TPO recommendations
- System monitoring of availability and performance using SAP Central Solution Manager and Cloud application alerts
- Ensuring timely resolution and escalation of priority alerts.
- Good experience in analyzing and solving day-to-day support issues.
- Support the Quarterly maintenance activities
- Perform the RCA for the P1/P2 issues and implement the remediation to avoid the same in future
- Perform the Annual DR exercise
- Exposure to supplementary tools like SAP LaMa , Cloud Alm & BTP are highly advantageous skills
- Maintain system documentation for all activities performed including the technical fixes for future reference
- Decent communication skills
