Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Pre-Sales) to engage with warm leads and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will understand customer requirements, assess their buying intent, and ensure qualified leads are handed over to the sales team for further engagement.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in telesales, customer support, inside sales, pre-sales, or BPO who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a target-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, timeline, and purchase intent.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and confidently handle customer objections.
- Coordinate with the client's sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.




- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the qualification process.

Responsibilities :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, BPO, or Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
