Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, technically exceptional Senior Multimedia Content Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to lead our post-production engine. In this
role, you will be responsible for creating high-retention short-form content (Reels,
Shorts) and polished long-form masterclass assets for our established 50,000+
subscriber YouTube channel.
You will work side-by-side with our Marketing Lead and Management Team, maximizing
high-quality creative output within standard 9-hour daily shifts. This role is strictly
execution-focused; you will be backed completely by premium, company-provided
hardware, software licenses, and advanced AI creative toolkits.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Impact Editing & Post-Production Engineering
- Long-Form Mastering: Edit, polish, and structure long-form videos, live
masterclass replays, and educational deep-dives for our 50,000+ subscriber
YouTube channel.
- Short-Form Content: Craft fast-paced vertical videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube
Shorts,
LinkedIn Video) optimized with robust hooks, punchy sound design, and
high visual retention mechanics.
- Aesthetics & Graphics: Design and integrate clean motion graphics, custom
lower-thirds, kinetic typography, and advanced visual effects to elevate overall
brand production value.
2. AI Tool Integration & Shift Workflow Optimization
- AI Tool Leverage: Actively implement and master modern AI video/audio tools
(including ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Runway, and Premieres built-in AI features)
to dramatically speed up editing workflows and enhance visual storytelling.
- Asset Management: Efficiently organize raw footage, live cohort recordings,
templates, and sound effect libraries to ensure an organized and fast-paced
daily turnaround.
- Output Excellence: Maximize production velocity to complete and deliver as
many high-quality creative assets as possible within your designated 9-hour
shift.
3. Collaboration & Content Pipeline Alignment
- Cross-Team Synergy: Collaborate daily with the Marketing Lead and
Management Team to take raw concepts, footage, or trend briefs and transform
them into viral, high-converting video assets.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain sharp audio and visual quality controls across all
platforms, ensuring text graphics, pacing, and color grading align with
Skillsetify's premium positioning.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere
Pro, After Effects, Audition) and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proven Track Record: 3 to 5+ years of professional post-production experience
with a powerful portfolio/showreel demonstrating dynamic pacing, clean audio
balancing, and smooth motion design.
- Continuous Learning Mindset:
High willingness to rapidly adapt to new editing
styles, emerging visual trends, and cutting-edge AI workflows provided through
company learning paths.
- Speed & Discipline: Ability to edit and deliver high-quality assets efficiently
under tight daily timelines without sacrificing production value.

Compensation Structure
- Mid-Level (3 to 5 Years of Experience): Up to 30,000 per month
(Commensurate with speed, motion graphics skills, and portfolio depth).
- Senior-Level (5+ Years of Experience): Up to 50,000 per month
(Commensurate with advanced color grading, independent asset creation, and workflow management speed).
