Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP business objects consultant with strong hands-on expertise in developing, managing and troubleshooting enterprise BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP BOBJ tools to be capable of delivering optimized reports and dashboards and demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize reports, dashboards and universes using SAP Business Objects tools such as Web Intelligence, Lumira Designer, IDT/UDT and CMC.
- Perform end-to-end BI solution delivery from requirement gathering to production deployment and user support
- Troubleshoot complex reporting data connectivity and performance issues across BOBJ environments.
- Manage scheduling, publication, and security configurations within BOBJ platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality timely and reliable BI deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance existing BOBJ job applications ensuring stability and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Provide Technical Support for incidence root cause and performance optimization.
- (Good to have) Develop and integrate SAC dashboards and stories leveraging live and import connections.
- Contribute to BI modernization initiatives including migration upgrades and hybrid analytics adoption.
- Lead end-to-end upgrade activities including environment assessment, upgrade strategy preparation, scheduling, and coordination with BASIS and infrastructure teams.
