Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Murex. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing trading workflows, and delivering solutions across front-to-back trade lifecycle processes. The candidate should be able to work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and product owners to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand trading, operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct impact analysis for recent enhancements and system changes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production releases.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs.




- Ensure solution alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong Capital Markets domain experience (Mandatory).
- Hands-on Murex experience (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes.
- Experience with the complete Trade Lifecycle, including:

- Trade Capture
- Trade Validation
- Confirmations
- Settlements
- Reconciliation
- Risk Management

- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Exposure to investment banking environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
