Job Description:

As a Copado SME, you will be the go-to expert on all things Copado for our clients and internal teams. You will play a critical role in providing best practices, strategy, and hands-on support to ensure successful Salesforce DevOps implementations. Your expertise will empower our clients to leverage Copados full potential, drive efficient releases, and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- DevOps Strategy and Implementation:
- Design and implement robust Salesforce DevOps pipelines using Copado, focusing on seamless CI/CD processes.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand DevOps needs, pain points, and operational goals to tailor Copado solutions effectively.

- Consulting and Best Practices:

- Provide hands-on support to clients in Copado environment setup, deployment strategies, and management of complex release cycles.
- Advise on industry best practices for version control, branching strategies, and code quality standards.
- Conduct Copado training sessions for client teams, ensuring they are equipped to independently manage and optimize Copado usage.

- Release Management and Troubleshooting:

- Oversee and troubleshoot end-to-end release processes,



identifying and addressing blockers to ensure smooth deployments.
- Optimize release workflows by identifying automation opportunities, delta deployments, and efficiency improvements in the pipeline.
- Create comprehensive deployment reports post-release to meet audit and compliance expectations.

- Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with CloudFulcrums internal teams, including Test Automation, OpsBridge, and Salesforce DevOps specialists, to support integrated solutions.
- Participate in DevOps transformation workshops, assisting in the definition of value streams and metrics for ongoing DevOps improvements.
- Provide timely, expert-level support and escalation management for Copado issues.
- Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Copado in a Salesforce DevOps environment.
- Proven track record of Copado implementation for CI/CD, release management, and change management in large-scale projects.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Copado setup, configuration, and deployment automation.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce metadata, source control systems (such as Git), branching strategies, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Testing, and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Certifications:

- Copado certification is required.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform Developer) are highly preferred.
