Job Title: US IT Recruiter - (W2 Direct Client Hiring)

1. Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
Source and recruit IT professionals for W2 positions through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.

2. Client Interaction
Work closely with direct clients and state clients to understand job requirements.
Maintain strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.

3. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure candidates meet all compliance requirements (E-Verify, I-9, background checks).
Handle onboarding documentation and maintain accurate records.

4. Negotiation & Offer Management
Negotiate pay rates and terms with candidates on W2.
Manage offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.

Job Posting & Pipeline Management
Post jobs on portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.

6. Coordination & Follow-Up
Schedule interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients throughout the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment (staffing industry).
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Experience working with direct clients and state clients.
Proficiency in job boards and ATS systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
