Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of understanding application behavior without detailed requirement documents, and able to identify missing flows, edge cases, and business scenarios independently. We are looking for someone who adds value by thinking beyond the obvious and contributes to improving overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.

* Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts.

* Independently analyze application functionality and identify business flows without relying on detailed requirement documents.

* Proactively identify missing test scenarios, edge cases, negative scenarios, and usability issues.

* Validate complete application workflows and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

* Perform regression, functional, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.

* Log, track, and verify defects throughout the defect lifecycle.

* Collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders to understand features and clarify expected behavior when required.

* Continuously suggest improvements to enhance product quality, testing processes, and overall application stability.





* Take ownership of testing activities with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).

* Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC.

* Hands-on experience with automation testing using Selenium with Java.

* Experience in designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to independently understand application functionality and identify functional gaps without formal requirement documentation.

* Proven ability to think from an end-user perspective and uncover hidden or missed scenarios.

* Experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.

* Positive communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
