Role & responsibilities

*Design, develop and integrate high-quality software solutions that ensure reliable, scalable, and future-ready IT services and products *Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.

* Work closely with the PO during backlog refinement and planning sessions to analyze, clarify business requirements into well-defined technical solutions.

*Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle .

*You contribute beyond coding to areas such as software architecture, code quality, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.

*Learn and use software engineering best practices to build secure, maintainable and high-performing applications.

* Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools,



and development practices to improve product quality and team productivity

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using C#/.NET

Experience working with MongoDB is an added advantage

• Robust experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful web services and APIs using modern standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger

• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum

• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for learning and working with new technologies in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
