Role: Senior Manager - Network Development

Qualification: Any Engineering graduate or MBA (Full Time)

Role Purpose

Support expansion of the CBG retail network by identifying high-potential sites and dealers, conducting project feasibility, coordinating cross-functional execution, and enabling statutory readiness for timely commissioning of CBG/CNG ROs aligned to CBG plant production.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify high-potential ROs / markets based on demand and throughput assessment
- Drive volume and throughput planning using TA-based demand estimation
- Align RO selection with CBG supply, plant capacity, and logistics feasibility
- Identify and onboard dealers / channel partners for CBG augmentation
- Align dealers on investment, returns,



and long-term partnership
- Conduct techno-commercial feasibility covering IRR, and risks
- Coordinate with Engineering, EPC, Statutory, HSE, and State teams
- Ensure execution readiness before IPESO, RFC, and start of construction as per plan
- Maintain BD pipeline MIS with visibility of IRR, risks, and timelines
- Ensure power availability aligned with commissioning schedules

Experience

- Exposure to Petroleum Retail, CGD, CBG / CNG, Channel Development
- Strong experience in Retail RO feasibility, dealer onboarding, and cross-functional execution

Education:

- MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Operations)
- Graduate in Engineering / Technology (preferred)
