Job Title: Senior Tekla Modeler PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Experience: 7–12 Years

Location: Gudi malkapur

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D models of PEB structures using Tekla Structures.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA), shop, fabrication, assembly, and erection drawings.
- Model primary steel members, secondary members, mezzanines, crane runway beams, canopies, staircases, platforms, handrails, and miscellaneous steel.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO), NC/DSTV files, and fabrication reports.
- Review structural design drawings, connection details, and project specifications before modeling.
- Coordinate with structural design engineers, project managers, production, and erection teams.
- Perform clash detection, model validation, and quality checks before drawing release.
- Resolve RFIs and incorporate design revisions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, fabrication requirements, and client specifications.
- Support production and site teams by resolving detailing-related issues.




- Mentor junior Tekla modelers and review their deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Tekla Structures for PEB modeling and detailing.
- Positive understanding of PEB systems, steel connections, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to prepare fabrication and erection drawings independently.
- Knowledge of BOM/MTO preparation and NC/DSTV file generation.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Tekla Structures certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 7–12 years of experience in Tekla Structures with at least 5 years in PEB projects.
- Experience in warehouses, factories, logistics parks, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, aircraft hangars, and multi-storey steel buildings.
- Exposure to international standards such as AISC, MBMA, IS 800, AWS, and project-specific specifications is preferred.
