Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join our team as Trainee - Research Analysts. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential clients and business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining accurate data to support our US Staffing and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research to identify potential clients and companies in the US market.
- Generate and maintain targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, company websites, job portals, and other online platforms.
- Research organizations, decision-makers, and relevant business contacts.
- Collect, verify, and update client and contact information to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the recruitment and business development teams with relevant client and market intelligence.




- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of leads and client information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve research and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and organize information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with knowledge of LinkedIn and other online research platforms will have an added advantage.
