Role & responsibilities
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring
compliance with U.S. employment requirements (e.g.,
documentation, tax forms).
- Partner with Recruitment and hiring managers to support a
seamless onboarding experience, particularly for U.S.-based
employees
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (e.g., ADP
Workforce Now) in compliance with U.S. regulations.
- Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams for accurate
onboarding of U.S. employees.
- Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions
and employee integration.
- Support compliance with U.S. employment laws, including federal and state labour regulations.
