We are looking for a high-impact Solutions Engineer with deep full-stack expertise and strong architectural ownership. This role is responsible for designing scalable, cloud-native solutions, driving end-to-end implementation, and aligning technology with business outcomes. The ideal candidate operates at the intersection of engineering excellence and solution architecture.
Role & responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, distributed systems using Python and FastAPI
- Design and implement microservices-based architecture for high availability and performance
- Develop and optimize frontend applications using Angular
- Build and manage cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Design effective, scalable data models and queries in PostgreSQL
- Lead technical solutioning discussions with stakeholders and translate business needs into architecture
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance across the stack
- Drive CI/CD implementation,
DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation
- Mentor engineers and enforce best practices in coding, design, and testing
Preferred candidate profile
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development and solution architecture
- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend development
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway)
- Solid experience with Angular for frontend development
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and API security
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- US healthcare RCM experience is preferred.
