Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced TOSCA Test Lead to lead automation testing initiatives using Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation framework design, test strategy, stakeholder management, and leading QA teams across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end test automation activities using Tricentis Tosca.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
- Define test strategy, test plans, and automation roadmaps.
- Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing scope.
- Perform test estimation, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Integrate Tosca automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.




- Drive automation best practices and improve test coverage.
- Prepare test metrics, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca.
- Strong experience in:
- Tricentis Tosca Automation Suite
- Test Case Design and Execution
- API Testing
- Web and Desktop Application Testing
- Regression and Functional Testing

- Experience in test planning, estimation, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Robust SQL knowledge for database validation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
