GVPR Infrastructure Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Bid Manager to lead and manage end-to-end tendering and bid management activities across infrastructure projects including Water, Irrigation, Buildings, Railways, Roads, Industrial, and EPC projects.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in tender management, bid preparation, contract review, compliance management, commercial evaluation, coordination with internal stakeholders, and submission of domestic and international bids.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end bid and tender submission processes.
• Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and bid requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, timelines, and documentation.
• Prepare bid summaries, compliance matrices, and submission checklists.
• Coordinate pre-bid queries, clarifications, and client communications.




• Support contract review and risk assessment during bid stages.
• Maintain bid calendars and track tender opportunities.
• Develop and maintain bid-related MIS and reports.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality and competitive bids.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in tendering, bid management, or proposal management.
• Experience in Infrastructure / EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and bid documentation.
• Knowledge of domestic and international tendering practices.
• Experience with IFI-funded projects and procurement procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and document management tools.
• Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
