Industry / Domain Experience

- Strong experience in software development lifecycle
- Exposure to cloud-based application development and deployment preferred

Essential Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Python and Django
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or Agentic AI concepts
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services

Positive-to-Have Skills

- Expertise in codebase architecture design
- Database schema design and optimization

Trainable Skills

- (Not specifically defined; expected to already possess core competencies at this level)

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare project proposals and obtain necessary approvals
- Create action plans and high-level design documents (HLDD)
- Develop and deploy applications on GCP as per business requirements
- Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers through change lists (CLs)
- Merge and manage codebases, resolving conflicts with production environments (Cider)
- Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA team) to estimate ROI for projects
