Role & responsibilities

- End to end comprehensive patient care management for successful dialysis of patients in the unit.
- Follow the defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation & patients medication
- Updating records (quality/clinical formats, patient's file, dialysis record book, etc.) & periodic vitals charting.
- Maintaining Procedure Trolley, medical equipment, crash cart & related Checklist
- Preparation of Dialysis Procedure Set/tray and Autoclave items
- Assisting other staff/senior technician/ DMO while any procedure & managing patient complication.
- Proper continuous maintenance of RO treatment plant and quality of product water.
- Ensuring proper hygienic patient care & unit disinfection protocols.
- Dialyzer reprocessing as per defined protocol

- Execution of any work assigned by the Senior Technician/ Manager/ DMO.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Suitable clinical work experience

Positive Knowledge of Dialysis and Dedicated to Patient Care

Punctual, Motivated, Team Player

Understanding of Healthcare System and NABH protocols

Good in documentation and keen to learn & train
