As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be the bridge between a candidates global aspirations and their reality. You aren't just selling a visa; you are architecting a global career strategy. You will manage high-quality leads, provide expert consultations, and drive revenue by closing sales through a consultative, high-integrity approach.
Key Responsibilities:

- Expert Consultation: Advise candidates and their families on various overseas options (PR, Study, Work, Investment) to help them make an educated, life-changing decision.
- Lead Management: Proactively call daily assigned warm/hot leads to build rapport and secure face-to-face or virtual appointments.
- Profile Evaluation: Conduct fair, neutral, and accurate evaluations of candidate profiles based on current immigration laws and points-based systems.
- Strategic Planning: Provide personalized global career roadmaps customized to the unique needs of High Net-Worth (HNW) individuals.
- Sales Excellence:



Deliver compelling sales pitches that address pain points and close prospects on the spot by demonstrating transparent value.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a dedicated point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent service standards from the first call to the signing of the agreement.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international visa policies (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.) to provide 100% accurate information.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Sales, Business Development, or Immigration Consulting.
- The "Closer" Instinct: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals efficiently.
- Communication: Fluent in English (compulsory) and Telugu/Hindi (preferred for regional locations).
- Mindset: Results-oriented, empathetic, and capable of handling high-pressure sales targets.
- Professionalism: Polished demeanor suitable for consulting High Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
