Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, supply chain-related business processes, integrations, and the latest ServiceNow AI capabilities including Agentic AI and Now Assist.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Support supply chain business processes including customer case management, order management, fulfillment, logistics, and partner/vendor interactions.
- Configure and implement Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent,



and Agentic AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and develop automated workflows leveraging ServiceNow AI and GenAI capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment planning, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation and customization.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Customer Operations business processes.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Generative AI features, AI Search, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
