US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants across the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to place consultants on projects through direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors.

The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple consultants while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to vendors and implementation partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors.
- Identify suitable requirements from job portals and vendor networks.
- Submit consultants to matching job requirements and follow up regularly.
- Negotiate pay rates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants throughout the placement process.
- Ensure timely communication with vendors and consultants.




- Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and vendor contacts.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong network of implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizens).
- Experience using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, or similar ATS/CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
