Full time Opportunity: Eligible after 1 month based on performance. Post-conversion, salary up to 18,000/month.
About the Role
Jobography is looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition. The internship combines practical recruitment experience with structured training through the Jobography Talent Launch Program.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals. Understand and analyze Job Descriptions (JD Analysis).
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities. Handle offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding support. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Training Includes Comprehensive HR Recruitment, Training Sourcing Strategy & JD Analysis End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle Understanding Confidence in Handling Offers, Documentation & Onboarding Eligibility Graduates or final-year students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn. Interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
