JD: • Candidate needs to be Core Compensation Certified and preferably advance comp certified. • Need to have 3+ years relevant experience in Designing, configuring, and maintaining Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation processes • Need to be able to handle annual compensation cycle activities (EIB Loads, Validation/Testing, enhancements) • Should have handled end-end annual/mid-year compensation cycles for an year atleast. • Need to have sufficient experience in compensation eligibility rule modification, job changes, grade/profile changes.
