Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Operations with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Denials Management within hospital billing. The candidate will act as a process expert, support the operations team, and drive productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as an SME for AR and Denials processes in hospital billing
- Provide floor support and resolve complex queries and escalations
- Guide team members on process workflows, updates, and best practices
- Monitor daily operations and ensure productivity targets are met
- Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive process efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in knowledge transfer, process transitions, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in AR and Denials (Hospital Billing)
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM) operations
- Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations and process improvements
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work from office (WFO) and flexible with night shifts

Preferred:

- Prior experience as an SME or Team Lead in healthcare operations
- Experience in handling team performance and operational reporting
