ServiceNow Developer / Senior Consultant ITSM, Custom Applications, CSM & Integrations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with solid expertise in ITSM, Custom Application Development, Customer Service Management (CSM), and Enterprise Integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow ITSM

- Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
- Develop catalog items, record producers, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and approvals.
- Implement ITSM best practices and process improvements.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

Custom Application Development

- Design and develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Create custom tables, forms, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Develop reusable components and scalable application architecture.
- Build reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements.

Customer Service Management (CSM)

- Implement and support ServiceNow CSM modules and capabilities.
- Configure Case Management, Customer Service Portals, Entitlements, SLAs,



and Workspaces.
- Design customer-centric workflows and automation solutions.
- Integrate customer service processes with IT and business operations.

Integration Development

- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Utilize REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Web Services.
- Build inbound and outbound integrations with enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance and reliability.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and support.
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM module.
- Expertise in Custom Application development on ServiceNow.
- Strong scripting experience:
- JavaScript
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Actions
- Glide APIs

- Integration experience using:

- REST
- SOAP
- IntegrationHub
- MID Server
- Webhooks

Experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years working with ITSM implementations.
- 2+ years of CSM implementation experience.
- Experience in enterprise integration projects.
