FacultyAccountability Actions Operations Senior Officer

Nature of The JobThe Faculty Operations Senior Officer provides operational and administrative support to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of operational activities within the CLIENT.
Working closely with the key stakeholders within the CLIENT, and academic staff, the role supports key academic processes across the programme lifecycle, including governance coordination, curriculum administration, and programme delivery activities.
The postholder helps ensure that academic processes are implemented consistently, programmes are operationally well organised, and information required for planning and reporting is maintained accurately.

Key Accountability Actions Specific Responsibilities:

1. Academic Governance and Committee Support
Support the coordination of academic governance processes within the CLIENT.

- Provide administrative and operational support for Faculty Boards and academic committees
- Prepare meeting documentation, agendas, and supporting papers
- Record and track actions arising from meetings
- Support the administration of programme approval, review, and modification processes
- Maintain accurate records relating to governance activities

1. Programme Operations Support
Provide operational support across the programme lifecycle.

- Assist with coordinating curriculum changes, programme introductions, and programme closures
- Support operational readiness activities for programmes and modules
- Maintain programme-related documentation and records

Help ensure programme information is accurate and up to date across relevant systems

3. Academic Process Coordination
Support the implementation of institutional academic processes within the CLIENT

- Support the monitoring of student feedback processes and action plans




- Coordinate the collection and organisation of information required for reporting and planning activities

Help ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures

1. Support for Academic Leadership

- Provide day-to-day operational support to the CLIENT-based leadership and programme teams.
- Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders within the CLIENT as required
- Assist with coordination of meetings, documentation, and operational activities
- Support planning activities relating to programme delivery
5. Data Management and Reporting
- Support the collection and management of information required for operational planning.
- Maintain accurate records relating to programmes and academic activity
- Assist with producing reports to support CLIENT planning and governance processes
- Provide operational data to support programme monitoring and review activities at regular intervals.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties from time to time.

Desired Profile Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with SharePoint

Skills
Essential

- Excellent written and oral Communication skills




- Good IT skills with the ability to effectively use MS Office suite (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with problem solving on a regular basis
- Liaison with internal and external customers and building effective working relationships at all levels.
- Managing, prioritising, scheduling of own tasks
