Division OverviewThe US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable operations to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement from US insurance payers. Role OverviewThe AR Caller is responsible for managing and resolving outstanding medical insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement from US payers. This role involves proactive insurance follow ups, denial analysis, underpayment resolution, and claim status verification while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare billing guidelines. The AR Caller works closely with internal billing teams and insurance representatives to reduce AR aging, meet productivity targets, and improve overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform proactive follow ups with US insurance payers via calls and portals to resolve outstanding medical claims
- Analyze EOBs, remittance advice, and payer responses to identify denials, underpayments, and rejections
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, including eligibility, coding, authorization, and timely filing issues
- Work on appeals and reconsiderations as per payer guidelines
- Ensure timely resolution of aging AR buckets to reduce AR days and improve cash flow
- Document all follow up actions and claim status updates accurately in billing systems
- Coordinate with coding, billing, and payment posting teams to resolve claim discrepancies
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and TAT targets consistently
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, US healthcare regulations, and internal SOPs
- Stay updated on payer policies, billing rules, and process changes

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Experience: 1 to 4 Years AR Calling in US Healthcare RCM
- Hands on experience on EPIC
- Good excel skills and MS office
- Multispecialty experience will be add on

Education: Any Graduation preferred





Credentials/Certifications: NASkills

Knowledge:1 4 years of hands on experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing Accounts Receivable (AR) Strong knowledge of US insurance follow up processes, claim lifecycle, and AR workflows for Both Physician (CMS 1500) and Hospital Billing (UB04) Proven experience in calling US payers and resolving claim status, denials, and underpayments Valuable understanding of medical billing terminologies, CPT, ICD 10, HCPCS, and modifier basics Ability to analyze EOBs / ERAs, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective action Experience working on denial management, appeals, and reconsiderations Familiarity with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US friendly accent Strong documentation skills and accuracy in updating billing systems Ability to meet productivity, quality, and TAT targets Proficient in using medical billing software (EPIC), payer portals, and MS Office tools Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team oriented environment
