Lead the on-premise + cloud IT infrastructure — server administration, business applications, backup / DR / BCP — at Dodla Dairy Ltd, a listed multi-plant manufacturing company. Own operations, own the team, own the outcomes. Close coordination with the Network & Security team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end IT Infrastructure operations — on-premise data centre + cloud services
- Server administration (Windows OS), Hyper-V virtualisation, patching, backup / DR / BCP
- Automate routine IT-Ops tasks via PowerShell (patching, monitoring, housekeeping, alerts)
- Drive hardware standardisation, capacity planning and lifecycle management
- Supervise a team of 3-5 engineers (Server, User, Device Infra + Helpdesk); mentor and grow the team
- Work in close coordination with N&S; team for network segmentation, endpoint security, ITGC controls
- Own ISO 27001:2022 compliance for IT-Infra scope; manage IT budgets and vendor SLA.
- Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or related field.
- Strong expertise in AWS certified cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in server administration (Windows Server) and Hyper V administration.
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- On-premise infrastructure (servers, storage)
- Backup / DR / BCP planning and execution.

- Additional virtualisation platforms — VMware / Nutanix
- Server hardware / storage certifications (Dell / HPE / NetApp / Cisco)
- Working knowledge of AI / ML for IT operations
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 / ITGC / DPDP / SEBI cybersecurity frameworks
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Manufacturing workplace experience
