Job Description ? Senior Executive ? Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and Cross Dock (XD) activities.

- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations.

- Coordinate manpower planning, shift allocation, and team productivity.

- Monitor operational KPIs and support initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and SLA adherence.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, 5S practices, and operational guidelines.

- Support process improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues through timely corrective actions.

- Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records for performance tracking.





Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3?5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.

- Working knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and warehouse processes.

- Solid coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
